Shipping + Returns


We offer $11 FLAT RATE SHIPPING for orders up to $350. Orders between $350-$500 have a $22 FLAT RATE SHIPPING fee. Any orders over $500 ship for FREE!
Bulky Items (eg 7.5 foot Christmas trees) have a postage price of $25. 
Please Note: Shipping prices are inclusive of all packaging & handling costs associated with your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE - Due to the high volume of orders, please allow approx 10 business days for your order to be dispatched. Then allow for shipping. We ship with Australia Post.


Local Pickup is available within the Illawarra region. Please use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. We will send a pickup notification when your order is ready for collection.
Please contact us to arrange a date & time for pickup.

Local Pickup Orders MUST be picked up within 2 business days or your order will be refunded in full.


PLEASE NOTE - If your parcel is returned to us due to changed address, if we were not informed of this changed address before sending we will require an additional shipping fee to re send out your parcel.
Yes! We do ship internationally! You will need to send me a screenshot of what’s in your cart so I am able to quote you postage. The shipping fee will be paid via PayPal.


We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, please be sure to choose carefully. 
If your item is deemed faulty by a manufacturer fault (not due to breakage in transit) , please contact us immediately and send us photos, and once assessed we will happily exchange your item or allow a store credit if returned within 7 business days. 

Unfortunately we don’t allow exchanges or returns for PRE ORDER items, so Please read our size guide and choose carefully. 

IMPORTANT - Please Note: once your parcel leaves my hands, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Unfortunately I can’t control how Australia post “handles” your parcels, however I can control how well it is packaged for it to arrive safely.  If in any case an item is broken in transit, please lodge a claim with Australia Post directly for compensation.
